General Data About Us

"Agrostemin" l.l.c., was founded in 2001 with the sole task to protect the integrity and reputation of AGROSTEMIN^® preparation, which has been acquired for decades through successful application in the agriculture of Yugoslavia and worldwide.

Having confirmed the quality by the Author, the market was offered the product of standard and proven efficiency, and the signature of Danica Gajic, PhD, marked on all packages was the proof that it was of the known origin and certified quality.

By the decision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia No. 321-01-02214_2019-11 dated February 10, 2020 AGROSTEMIN^® was entered into the Register of substances used for plant nutrition and soil improvers, with the following data:

By the Decision No. 3/2-08-9291/02 dated January 13, 2003 of the Federal Secretariat for Work, Healthcare and Social Welfare, the preparation was given an official recognition that it was an ecological substance, i.e. it was not classified into the group of poisons.

By the Decision of the Federal Institute for Intellectual Property no. 44479 dated April 02, 2002, "Agrostemin" l.l.c. was acknowledged the brand trademark AGROSTEMIN^® and it was entered into the Registar of brand trademarks under the number 44479. At the same time, the brand trademark was internationally protected under the number 778540.

By the decision of the Directore dated January 29, 2002, the branch unit was founded for the manufacturing, storing and wholesale trade of AGROSTEMIN^® preparation. The production line was verified and registered by the competent inspection bodies.

"Agrostemin" l.l.c. does not have its own distribution-sale network.

Prologue

AGROSTEMIN^® is a substance used to increase yield and improve quality of yield in agriculture. It is of plant origin – it is manufactured from corn cockle (Agrostemma githago) and other weed and crop varieties. It has also been verified as ecological preparation by competent state institutions, and its application does not have any harmful effects on the environment and people.

AGROSTEMIN^® is the invention of Danica Gajic, PhD, patented in 1973. Its commercial use started in 1978, first for the requirements of the agriculture of Brazil, and later in the entire Latin America (applied at over 5.000.000 ha in 1980s).

The first manufacturer ("green"/"yellow" package), i.e. the bearer of manufacturing and marketing from 1978 to 1987, in the country and worldwide, was RO "Bioprodukt" from Belgrade.

From 1987, Agrostemin was manufactured by AD "Dinara", whose one part also dealt with the marketing of the then so called Stemin-a.

From 1996 to present day, the only legal product at the market certified by the Author is AGROSTEMIN^® manufactured in the plants of "Agrostemin" l.l.c. Belgrade, founded with the sole goal to protect the integrity and reputation of the product, which has been acquired for decades of successful application in the agriculture of Yugoslavia and worldwide.
